I had to let you know how pleased I am with your company and its service. If you remember I called your company last week after I got your number from a neighbor who used your services several times and had nothing but good things to say about you and your workers. I'll be honest with you, I was a little reluctant to call being that I have never heard of you and have been ripped off by another local plumber just a year ago. Last month I received a rather large water bill and didn't think to much of it until I went down into my crawl space just a week ago to retrieve some car parts I had stored down there and to my surprise a broken water pipe just spraying water every where. I was very alarmed to say the least! Anyway I called your office after getting your number from my neighbor and explained I had an emergency and was very worried. I was told not to worry and that a service tech would be at my house just as soon as possible. I had to leave for work after that call leaving my wife at home to open up for your tech people all the time fearing who ever showed up to fix the leak would take advantage of the situation and over charge us like we were in the past. Well to my surprise not more then 2 hours later my wife Janet called me at my office to inform me your crew had made it over only 20 minutes after I had left for work and within another 1/2 hour not only did they fixed the leak but had left already . I was amazed to say the least!!! To top it all off, the bill was about half of what I was expecting. I can't tell you enough how good it feels to finally find a plumber who is honest and professional. ... I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know!
